I can’t thank Nick enough for the knowledge, advice and support that I’ve been given in the past month. I came into the programme with very little knowledge of nutrition or training - occasionally going to the gym but with no real structure. Nick has helped me massively in this time, not only assisting me in improving myself mentally and physically, but giving me routine and structure both in what I’m eating and how I’m working out. The app has been my go to guide on what I’m doing each day, monitoring my intake of calories with easy to learn macro guides - meaning that I’m improving my physical wellbeing and appearance whilst learning a little at the same time. Training with Nick for the last 6months or so has been brilliant, hes been really supportive and encouraging and explains all the exercises well. The diet plan and explanation of cals etc has also been great and really helpful. I would highly recommend Nick as a PT.

I really, really enjoyed them. I’m not a morning person and would find myself energised to wake up as early as 5am and it didn’t feel like an effort. I felt myself get stronger and fitter both physically and mentally and found the sessions to be really fun!
