I decided to start personal training whilst completing my Masters degree in Sports Psychology. Initially it was meant to simply be a means of income whilst studying (underestimated the challenges of starting my own business), however it didn't take me long to fall in love with the idea of being able to help individuals make positive changes in their lives.

Being on the gym floor and seeing the progression of my clients as they worked towards their goals and assisting them with the challenges they faced genuinely provides me with a sense of joy and fulfilment that I hadn't really expected at the start. I aim to provide training and nutritional structure, clarity and education to the process of getting to your goals.

I believe in practicing what you preach. I have undertaken body transformation challenges to get lean for a photoshoot. I have also set and achieved performance based challenges of cycling from the top of the UK to the bottom. I believe that we learn the most about ourselves when we are challenged.

I have always been an active person. My sporting background is in rugby, which I have been playing since I was a young pup. My experiences in the sport actually made me become fascinated with the mental side of sport and then eventually into individual mindsets and how they can affect human behaviour. I believe that mindset plays a big part in any health and fitness goal you set yourself. It is needed to reach outside of your comfort zone and ultimately strive to become the best version of yourself.
